. First the right speaker was in the back, and then it was too high in the ear pocket. Both caused an imbalance in the sound to the left. Once I figure that out (yup) the sound is balanced and works great. I stream music from my phone to AccuRadio. and I also received a few calls with the headset. The sound quality is excellent and the microphone works well. He presses the buttons a bit awkwardly, but that could be due to the headphones on my helmet. They have foam inserts and maybe I could pull them out. It also puts a little pressure on my ears, so it helps dislodge the foam as well. But that's really my only complaint, I ski all day on a single charge and it recharges quickly overnight. I can't imagine skiing without it!
