I have incredibly sensitive skin, in particular to preservatives, so most facial cleaners and toners are out. A few years ago someone suggested witch hazel. I used it and bingo no reaction from my skin. However MOST witch hazel has alcohol in it, which dries out your skin. This is my first time using Thayers and I love it. My skin gets clean, there's no reaction, and it feels soft and moisturized afterwards.
