I have a chronic illness and have to sleep in a chair. Unfortunately I've woken up many times with neck pain because my head was at an awkward angle after moving around in my sleep. We had an old travel pillow lying around filled with styrofoam so I started with that. While that helped, it still lacked support and my wife often had to patch tiny holes where the styrofoam was oozing out. Some was due to wear and tear, some to my lovingly playful cats. I used it for several nights, my teenager soon "borrowed" it one day and that night the memory foam cracked in the middle.
