Failed to load media. Great product and well made. However, I feel like Fitbit missed the mark when it came to installing the strap. This is very difficult, and if you have long or acrylic nails, you can spend at least an hour applying the tape. Resizing took almost another hour and I couldn't get the size right. It's either too loose or too tight. I held it tight, but it would be great if I just let my hair fall. Unfortunately this is not possible. After all the hassle, the end product is fantastic. I like the way it looks and it's very elegant. I shower and even swim in it and have had no tarnish or rust. The end result was worth it.
