I've had this product for about 1-2 months and yesterday I took the cover off to see why my soil wasn't working. This product is cheap and I found that the ground terminal bracket is broken. When? I can not tell you. I noticed that the heads of the Phillips screws were rounded (a sure sign of misuse of a smaller than specified screwdriver). If you have critical use and grounding is important, you should remove the cover and visually inspect this product upon arrival. Luckily I used it as a bedside lamp and its bottom was found in time to prevent a fire or serious damage to expensive equipment. Buyer Warning!
