Ideal for what we have! Ordering this 6 piece set is inexpensive as you can get each string for just over $2 each. I wanted them to make some firefly jars. They are perfect for using in Ball Mason jars, even the small ones I used in the attached photos. They fit perfectly under glass lids and are easy to turn on and off with the built-in side switch. Each power supply contains two CR2032 button cells that can be replaced inexpensively at your local store. To turn on the power, simply pull out the paper tab on the back, then slide the switch to the "on" position. A small package of screws is included should you wish to attach the battery covers more securely than they already are. It looks like they will need them, but they stay closed well and work without any issues with no extra screws. LEDs are warm white, meaning they have a yellow cast to the light, like a candle or old lightbulbs. Perfect for firefly jars or mood lighting projects! The lights look very yellow in photos due to my camera and in real life they are not. To make firefly jars like the ones I made, you'll need a glass jar with a lid and some double-sided tape. Be careful not to put tape on the side of the battery cover, otherwise you will not be able to change the batteries easily.
