Durability: Although it's made of plastic, the material is strong and thick where the laptop sits. Also, the decision to make it X-shaped is incredibly smart because my laptop didn't move at all when I tried to rotate it earlier. There is a rotating circle at the bottom, making it easy to move. I have the feeling, that the grooves could be deeper to keep it from folding in on itself. But overall this is the best laptop stand for a good price. Lightweight: I have weak wrists to be honest so it's difficult to lift it with one hand but I could take it anywhere as it's easy to pack and there are snaps at the top to make sure it doesn't tumble solves. Overall, I highly recommend this stand. And it's a small family business, so you know you're in good hands. ;) as it's easy to pack and there are snaps at the top to make sure it doesn't come loose.
