Advertised with 10 inserts. I only received one. I think the company should fix that. It would be a good mask if the company advertises what you get and you get what you pay for. I will probably try to request a partial refund or see if they fix the inserts because the mask fits my son well. UPDATE: My son wore the mask twice and it fell apart.
