These little gems definitely deserve five stars. Let's start with the training and fitness aspect. First, they come with three sets of small rubber eartips. I find this particularly helpful as I have two different sized ears and was able to adjust them perfectly. I was concerned that the on-ear would be bulky and cause pain behind the ear as has happened in the past but that is not the case, in fact it is very thin but durable and doesn't cause any strain or discomfort in the upper Ear. There is a small hinge or pivot that allows you to move the part that goes in the ear, so that you can adjust the hook to the exact position to stabilize it. I wish this hinge was a little firmer when I felt movement while running. I'm giving the sound quality a 4 simply because I felt the sound wasn't as rich as it could be, but for headphones at this price point it was outstanding. It was comparable to the hundred dollar plus models. Next I want to talk about how you can use this to communicate with other people. As a truck driver, I use a very expensive Bluetooth hands-free headset on a daily basis. I decided to give these little blue babies a try and called friends and family several times to ask about the sound quality on their end. There was very little noticeable difference, I thought it would be a big difference due to the tiny mic, and figured the people on the other end of the line would hear most of the background noise from my truck. They didn't, and in fact they outperformed another Bluetooth headset I bought specifically for driving at $99. If they were wireless I would probably use them for driving all the time! Down to the smallest detail, I gave them four stars for sound quality, noise cancellation, and performance.
