I have nothing bad to say about this blanket, I deal with severe anxiety and depression in addition to PTS, this blanket is like a 25 lb hug! I was a giant scepter in this matter. But it's very relaxing, and the fact that it's a fraction of the 25 pounds spread over each little square is evenly distributed at all times! That's very reassuring. Not sure why it helps, just like that to be honest. I also have pain in my knees and the weight on my knees exerts enough pressure that it helps with the painful throbbing while losing weight. I am very happy with this blanket! It is well made and very useful. The only thing to do when purchasing this plan due to the weight is dry clean if needed or wash on a laundry mat as this is a 25 lb blanket! Rschunimagu. Not suitable for household washing machines.
