Good pillow, no pillowcase.
Pretty comfortable pillow. I'm switching to side sleeping and it seems great. It feels like there is a big air bubble in the middle which prevents it from falling down too much. In that regard, it's top notch. I'm confused that they didn't ship the pillowcase even though the graphic description mentions it. I go to their website and the pillowcase is $20... Before sending. So it's a total rip off and it's quite annoying that they don't include the $70 custom molded pillow.
