Doesn't last long / bad customer service

Good monitor, bad customer service. One of the power cords is defective, preventing us from charging the monitor overnight (it won't hold a charge overnight without plugging it in). I emailed the company twice to purchase another power cord and still have not received a response. We have to buy a brand new monitor because of the stupid power cord! Update: We've had the monitor for a little over a year now and it's broken. The battery runs out of charge and the range is suddenly about 20 feet.
