I prefer metal straps to leather, especially when they're a bit narrower (Galaxy Watch4 - 20mm). The grid works well and the links seem a bit "clunky" to me. The band fits right in between and looks great. The first links after the mounting pins are slightly wider and adapt very well to the width of the watch. That's exactly what I wanted. (Sometimes I wish Revane hadn't used the USPS for the "last mile." It took two days longer than it got to my mailbox.)
