The mouse pad usually needs to be pressed multiple times for it to work. The headphone jack doesn't work properly most of the time, it sends sound to the speakers even when the headphones are on and the sound is off. and the last thing you should see is while you press backspace because the power button is right there and you can't tell how many times I turned it off when I tried to press backspace. This was meant to replace another Lenovo which I loved, not sure if it will be any different.
