I have been disabled for 66 years. My right neck, shoulder, arm and hand suffer from chronic pain. Therefore, the usual hole loops that I have used all my life have become very painful. I love this Ratchet Automatic Slide Click Belt. It fits perfectly as I am 168 pounds, 5ft 8" tall and have a waist that has fluctuated between 34" and 36" during this pandemic. It also has a quick release lever that is very easy to use. This belt is of high quality and will hopefully last for many years. I recommend every man to try one of these 21st century belts. A great invention and the best belt I've ever had!
