I have been working very conscientiously six days a week for four years now. I've been taking pre-workout supplements for two years. If, like me, you're serious about strength training, don't waste your money because this pre-workout is honestly the worst I've ever done. I took it three days in a row, even after going cold turkey for three weeks before training, and felt nothing each time. The pump was terrible and I felt like I didn't even pre-work out every time. The most advertised pre-workout complex. So many better options out there for cheaper.
