Nothing for me: sports socks
At work I am on my feet all day and take an average of 25,000 to 45,000 steps a day. After a few hours the first day I wore them my legs were just killing me. The only difference were these socks. I change my shoes (Brooks, Merrell and Asics) every day. I did a lot of research before buying these socks and they were always at the top of the list. These socks caused me so much pain in my feet that I had to buy another pair of socks to finish my work day.
