I used this product once for my daughter's birthday party and regular tap water is too cold for small children to play with even on a hot day. They didn't like it at all. This would only be good for a person who has an outside hot/cold water tap to connect a hose to so the water temperature can be adjusted. I let the fender dry for over 24 hours and then kept it for about 5 days as we used it again on a day that was over 100 degrees. The same, the water was cold and the kids didn't like it, even in that heat. The real problem was that black mold had formed inside and was shooting out of the holes as the water got through. Black pieces floated in the water in the fender and got on children's skin. There is no good way to dry the seal as water will always collect somewhere around the outer ring. I actually wanted to return this product but it has been over 1 month since I returned home from our trip where we took the mat. For me it was really a waste of money.
