I first bought this skin roller for $13.99 now I see the price has dropped to $10.99. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! This is a very poorly made product. I used to use a skin roller and this one sucks. It creaks so loudly and so disgustingly that it's uncomfortable to use. The needle itself is of very poor quality, it will cut the face. This skin roller leaves small cuts on the face even with light pressure. I am contacting the seller and trying to return the item. When I went to the post office, the clerk there told me that it costs almost $12 just to send a return because it was international (China). So the return price is almost the same as the product price. You don't even have to send in a return. I ended up throwing it in the trash. The seller doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Terrible seller! Terrible customer service! You can clearly see that this seller only cares about profit by his indecisiveness when it comes to customer satisfaction or returns. Be careful, if you buy this product and want to return it, you will have to pay the shipping costs that correspond to the price of the product. It's not worth it! If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible customer service and terrible product. Very badly done. Not worth the price. I would definitely not recommend it.
