Once again my inability to see sizes has gotten me. In this case it's not bad. Longer sizes will give you some leverage and traction. I was just a little surprised when I opened the box and saw that these things aren't the average size of a screwdriver. I've had to use one of these before to remove a stubborn radiator hose. It worked as advertised and I was happy. Trying to remove the coolant hoses has always been my biggest annoyance. It gets a little dangerous when you use one of those big Knipex pliers to remove the hose from a fitting, especially if the fitting is plastic.
