Review on 🐱 Arf Pets Cat Litter Box Enclosure and Furniture: Large Box House with Table by Angela Smith

I wanted to write an honest review because I found it difficult to weigh the negative and positive reviews and finally decided to purchase. Scroll down for an overview and skip the backstory (unless you have an old, restless cat). For starters I would like to say that I have an older cat, he had a closed litter box for a while, he also smelled, and I constantly cleaned him (he peed on the wall, not in the garbage), he has eventually got a UTI and bandaged the pain to the box so he gave it up. I ended up getting little boxes with tall sides that work because they're big and open and have a high back in case he doesn't "squat" all the way (I call him a "tall writer"). The boxes are great but TERRIBLE and I have one in the living room which was so embarrassing when people stopped by but due to his urinary issues I have to have one for him in several places. So I've been looking for a trash can for a long time and decided on this one. Rating: The product is easy to assemble, I give it a 4 because it is not that "heavy", although it is durable. It's not heavy furniture. But very nice for the price. I originally had a divider to hold the smaller bag on one side and the box on the other, but as I suspected my cat was urinating right on the wall (it was a bit tight on the box) so I did i cleaned them up and taken it. Outside. I've seen a lot of reviews from people saying their "smells". I see it happening when this cat urinates outside the box and soaks into the wood, that's when the problem comes into play. However, since I removed the baffle, the cat has enough space between the walls and the box to know that it shouldn't urinate in/on the walls. I chose to line it up with pee pads as a "just in case" precaution and they make cleaning up "spilled" debris very easy. I also added two self-adhesive touch indicators on the top for better visibility when cleaning. Overall I am very happy with the product, it does exactly what I wanted, hides the tray but my cat is still comfortable with it. Plus a nice table.
