PLEASE READ! Seriously, I won't regret it. Things I want to know before I buy this product. $20 for smart bulbs is a lot, but I almost regret it. I spent a whole day trying to figure these things out and then came back and read the reviews and found that a lot of other people were having a hard time installing them too. I wish they had worked so hard! So I called support. A representative named Sharon hung up on 3 times and while I was encouraged to email or wait on the line for about 12 minutes each time, I found it was closer to 5 minutes each time. Finally I got another representative who transferred me and put me through again. I found that out. After downloading the app and installing the lightbulb and the 'easy' install didn't work for you even after switching from WiFi to 2G, TRY THIS: Toggle the switch on and off 5 times. When the light starts blinking slowly, it indicates that you should use the advanced installation method, and the app will essentially walk you through it. If the LED is blinking fast, it doesn't appear when prompted to find the device's hotspot, it MUST be blinking slowly. Do this for all lightbulbs. You will work. Promise! Now they work great with my Google Home and if you add more than one bulb to a light you have to connect them individually and add them to a specific room in the Google Home app to ask Google to turn off all lights. to a specific device or room, otherwise it will only turn on individually. If someone figures this out and puts it in a review it would save me a lot of calls and my day. Hope someone appreciates it! :) It turned out to be a really good buy if you want a smart home but don't want to buy the more expensive ones.
