I've spent years looking for, buying and spending money on pillows. I'm always tempted to buy pillows labeled "firm" or "extra firm" only to find that once you take them out of the box they are useless. I'm 6ft 2in and 300lbs with broad shoulders and I sleep on my side. The Bedgear 3.0 Balance Pillow is finally a pillow that is actually "firm" and comfortable at the same time. Plus, it stays cool all night. I would recommend this pillow to people around me.
