The tool is user friendly with an excellent support team to guide you through any issues that may arise during implementation of this application in your organization/company which will help us streamline our accounting process within very short time frame at no cost! I have not found anything bad about using it so far but if there are things we could improve then they would be easy fixes for them as well (since its free). It has helped me save my precious minutes while doing simple tasks like adding or editing invoices etc., also helps when one needs their data synced between different platforms easily without having too many dependencies from other systems thus reducing effort needed by manual labor work force required otherwise and makes life easier along side some great features included such as; I like that it is easy to use and has many features. The customer support is great as well. Sometimes there can be some lag time before you receive a response when submitting tickets. It's not much of an issue but if you're expecting immediate responses it might be something to look into. We have been using graphite for almost 5 years now and haven't had any issues with the software. We primarily use it for our accounting department.
