Review on Flash Furniture Alonza Plastic Chrome by Jim Agosta

Absolutely ridiculous. I don't usually leave reviews, but after such an annoying experience in general, I want to warn other potential customers. Initially I did not receive the parts needed to assemble the chair which was fine and they were sent as requested. Then the chair DOES NOT MATCH. It was done all wrong. I reported this to the seller and after consulting the manufacturer, he offered to have other people help with the assembly. I've done this several times and the bottom line is the chair was ruined. I have sent photos showing this and everything else. Trying to contact the seller, they spoke to their manufacturer was a constant hassle only to be told first that I would have to pay for the return postage to be sent and then they were told they would take it for inspection anyway etc It was such a long and ridiculous process for a chair that just doesn't work that I finally got fed up and canceled my refund request because I'd rather be out of money than continue with a bad experience. Yes it hurts. warn buyers.
