I have two Yetis and a few fakes. This one is definitely my favourite! The Yetis not only disappoint me with their lack of design and sophistication, but more importantly with the arrangement of the lids, mainly because the drinking hole is always open and the contents can easily spill. The lid design of this mug is perfect. There's a hard plastic piece that either pivots forward to cover the drinking hole or backwards, and it locks in place either way to keep it from tipping over on its own. There is also a small hole in the center of the lid with a soft silicone plug. It serves to hold the included metal straw if you want to use it, but also doubles as an air intake so when you sip you get a real sip, not just a drip. The silicone stopper can be pushed into the straw hole or held securely with a hard plastic cap. This is an awesome design! Yeti could learn something from this company. I travel a lot and always have a few bags with me, so I close the lid and it doesn't matter if the mug leans a little in my hands. I've never had a leak (although I've never held it upside down and shook it vigorously while full). The mug was also less than half the size of the overpriced Yeti. I hope the company releases more designs. I love blue-white-floral.
