Good kids bow tie in my review
Seems to be good material. I think it fits most neck sizes as the smallest size fits a 9" neck and at least a 17" neck. It ended up being way too large for my 2 year old. We had to safety pin in to make it fit..

- This was bought for my son's piano recital and it fit well and looked very elegant.
- Unfortunately it was too big for my 2 year old. We had to poke it with a needle to make it fit.
