I have been using mac computers for over 20 years now; this software has made me want to use only apple products in my life ever again! It's like having your own personal tech support team with you at all times!! The best part about it? You don't need any technical knowledge (you can even be completely new) as everything comes right out of their amazing training material which makes learning easy peasy lemon squeezy.

If there was anything that needed improvement or could make things more user friendly - well honestly they should just buy some better technology instead because what we already got works great but requires no additional expense from us users/customers whatsoever. ! They are always here when i'm stuck solving problems, not taking minutes off work time by chatting away while im working etc......
