This is a quality product that feels good in the hand and is suitable for travel. However, this thing gets too hot, dangerously hot. I'm still debating whether to return it or somehow hack it and add a fan. I used it under a 45 watt load and it was uncomfortably hot, I definitely wouldn't leave it unattended. If a product is rated for 100W of power, it should be able to do so at a reasonable temperature without throttling. I used it at 45 watts and it gets so hot you can barely touch it. I'm guessing yes it will handle a 100 watt load, but how long does it take for it to drop to temperature, 15 minutes? This is absolutely unacceptable for a product of this price. The fit and finish is good, but they should never go past the prototype stage with this major flaw. Anyone running this with decent power and saying it stays cool is flat out lying. I am so disappointed! Update: I ran a 100 watt load and it was back to 60 watts in less than an hour. I contacted Zendure and they tried to tell me that shutting down to 60w when heating is normal. This is unacceptable! Calling this 100w charger is a lie and false advertising. This charger should be sold as a 60W charger that can deliver 100W of power for a short period of time. I think most people don't understand what's really going on because they don't have gauges. I will return it, very disappointed.
