True to size, but the elastic is too tight
Wonderful socks - black, silky, not at all like medical compression stockings. They offer light compression from toe to calf and run true to size (I'm a women's US size 8.5, I ordered S/M according to manufacturer's chart). My only gripe is the elastics that hold the socks in place: they're too tight and cut into the calves, cutting off blood flow rather than stimulating it.
