This is a very nice bag, not as roomy as I was hoping but easy to use. I have a big problem with the clips holding the shoulder strap. Such a beautiful clasp - because I think women prefer form to function. The slightest pressure on the clamp will cause it to open. This week I dropped my laptop three times during one leg of the trip. Absolutely ridiculous. When I got to the office, I looked through all of my male colleagues' briefcases - there are no pretty clips and they do NOT have a strap that just falls off. Needless to say I am buying a new belt.
