My review is not about a great security camera as I agree 100% with all five stars in previous customer reviews. My review focuses on the "STOP” customer service I received from Sherny (COOAU Helpdesk Specialist)… I contacted the COOAU Helpdesk with a problem with the mounting bracket, the white handle that holds the camera was attached, was ripped off and the camera didn't stay in the position I wanted...Once I contacted COUAU via email, I received a timely response from Shernee and offered email support to troubleshoot the issues, that I had with the bracket. I submitted a request for a new mount and Sherney immediately escalated my question to the COOAU Support Manager and they both agreed to send me a replacement camera in place of the mount and they told me I didn't need to send another camera back . I am amazed by COOAU's exceptional customer service... I would love to just replace a new mount... I will definitely recommend COOAU's company/products to all my family, friends and also to all my colleagues in my IT company... COOAU genuinely cares about their customers and that is what makes or breaks every business in today's market.
