Updated March 2018 Contacted a Samsung support specialist by phone and explained his dissatisfaction with the fact that no repair organization other than Samsung could do the repair I was able to get the part I needed for my Galaxy S2 tablet. The repair technician said they value my business and want to keep me as a customer, so Samsung will take my device and replace it (for free) with a refurbished device. Nothing was done for the next 30 days. It turned out to be an empty promise. I bought this Samsung Galaxy S2 1-5-16 tablet and was happy with the product (although I wouldn't pay that much for a tablet today. So why 2 stars? In January 2018 (2 years after date of purchase) the power and Volume rockers stopped working I took the tablet to a Samsung authorized repair shop called uBreakiFix They told me they would fix the device BUT SAMSUNG WILL NOT PROVIDE THE PART REQUIRED So my $395 tablet is useless because I am can't turn it on! and you Samsung for hanging your customers out to dry a two year old product My next tablet will be from Lenovo, Asus or another manufacturer BUT NOT SAMSUNG Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.7 " SM-T810NZDEXAR ( 32GB Gold)
