I ordered this stool to put in front of the kitchen sink as I am disabled and need an adjustable seat. When the stool arrived three men in a row tried unsuccessfully to assemble it and showed me the parts didn't fit. My initial call and email to the company regarding this was returned, I sent Revain a "non-conformance order" and received a quick response from the company requesting a photo of the non-conforming parts. A few days later I received an email that a new part was on the way. It arrived just before my son's visit, who quickly put it together with the right part. Although it was uncomfortable that there was no chair immediately. I appreciate the company's quick and polite response. The stool itself is suitable for my purposes. It has not yet fallen over in use and the raising and lowering mechanism works smoothly.
