Got it yesterday and tried it at work today. I'm a "vintage age" clerk and it was quite difficult for me to look at the computer monitor - it was so bright that I had to squint the entire time I was sitting in front of the computer. And to make matters worse, I squinted and couldn't stand bright light for about 1 hour after I left work. It seems to have alleviated my problem: I sat at the computer for 3 hours straight today and didn't finish. squint! And I didn't feel like blinking for a while after work!
