We are very excited to start preparations for our birthday party. Last year it took 2 adults 90 minutes to make the garland, I did a test jump and spent less than 40 minutes on myself and made this version with small balls. If using large balloons (standard 11 inch) it would be twice the size as shown in this picture. That's great! The first few balloons popped because I didn't know how strong the pump was. For 11" balloons, stretching before inflation didn't make a difference in my opinion, but for 9" and 5" balloons you should definitely do it. Simply grasp the balloon's neck in one hand and the tip in the other and pull tight. This helps loosen the latex so the pump can fill it up quickly.
