These are pretty decent extension cords. In my opinion these are the best of the "cheap" ones, although they turned out better than expected. They have a fairly thick cotton sleeve but there is a small slit to see through. If this is a problem for you, you will most likely need to buy a cable mod or make one yourself. They are rigid, but at the same time easily bend if necessary and keep their shape. I was able to get a decent curve in mine. I would definitely recommend her.
