Review on VIVO Ultrawide Articulating Pneumatic STAND V100H by Shahed Cleveland

Asus 4K 120Hz Monitor. . I have found very few options that work. This Vivo was twice the price of my other mount and has only one hand versus two on the other.The first one I got had a bad shock absorber, the replacement shock worked but only after adjusting the arm to the horizontal position, which was confusing, not very intuitive and almost impossible to do is when the monitor is there to say the least on a positive note I called customer service and was amazed I spoke to a live person in the United States in less than 3 minutes basically I found out that you must first adjust the arm tension when the arm is perfectly horizontal (no monitor installed) until it starts to rise on its own, and then the arm pressure k keep increasing until it's stiff enough to support the weight of your monitors approximately, then go ahead and install the monitor and adjust the tension again. Out of the box, the arm didn't have enough tension to hold a 15-inch monitor, let alone a 20-pound monitor. Now my only problem is that there is no way to adjust the rotational tension. in the current form i can't even hang the headphones on the edge of the monitor, otherwise they rotate. Otherwise it works fine lol!
