Review on Gaspari Nutrition Super Pump Max: Pre Workout Supplement for Muscle Growth, Recovery & Electrolyte Replenishment - Grape Flavor by Yousef Dudley

SuperPump Max has been one of my favorite supplements. The formula has changed a lot lately and this is by far the worst iteration ever! Taste - 5/10 => My friend describes the taste as the inside of her cat's mouth. That may be an overstatement, but it actually isn't the tastiest pre-workout supplement out there. BCAAs don't mix and come out in white clumps. Efficiency - 2/10 => This is the worst. Gaspari employees do not disclose the amount of caffeine in this product. It was definitely not on the label or on their website at the time of writing this review. I find it shady and cheap. Given the quality of BCAA and its blendability, I'd say they just overdid the caffeine dosage and wrapped it in a fancy label. Even for me, who has a high caffeine tolerance, I couldn't sleep on this product at night even though I figured I'd use it at least 6 hours before bed. Some PWs make you happy after you take them, be it the taste or the sodium bicarbonate in BSN Noxplode or taurine. On the other hand, one feels worse, irritable, upset the stomach. Pump - 2/10 => Had to name it because the Original Super Pump was one of my favorite supplements along with Noxplode. Pumps crackled through my veins. On the other hand, this new formula does nothing. Just taking raw AAKG or beetroot juice will give you much better results. Bottom line - I'm tired of being a lab rat for these ever-changing formulas. I doubt I'll try that again in the future.
