Strap broke on second attempt to put them on. I contacted Puma and a few weeks later (despite the promise that I would get an answer in 2-4 days) they offered me a promo code for their website. The code indicates that the item you are purchasing must cost more than the code costs or the purchase will be cancelled. Apparently that doesn't apply to shipping either. So I bought shoes that only lasted once and they want more money? No way. Luckily, Amazon gets it right.
