Please excuse the wrinkles - I couldn't wait to try on these pjs straight from the packaging! After a double mastectomy, it's really hard to find clothes to fit my new 'pear'/buddha shape. I'm 5' 4 1/2", and about 146 (?) pounds. After studying the size guide, I chose the XL to err on the side of roominess for sleep comfort. These did not disappoint! Easy care, and so soft, breathable, comfortable - and has pockets! While the bust part of the top is obviously, now, over-generous, the waist is fine. I love the finishing touch of trim on the sleeve cuffs. The drawstring waist is functional, but I don't use it. Am considering buying another set.
