Review on Sconce Adjustable Bedside Reading Bedroom by Sarah Smith

Revainrating 4 out of 5

They look good and are of good quality although I don't believe the top is real wood. Short cable.

Installation consists of screwing a metal frame to the wall. The lamp slides onto the frame and is held in place with two set screws. Very easy. The lamp rotates slightly up and down (arc perpendicular to the wall) but not sideways (rotation) (arc parallel to the wall) after installation. You can install it upside down, but then the cord will hang over the lamp. I'm not a big fan of black wire, I think it should be white to match the bulbs. Nice rocker switch for on/off. You can adjust their brightness by changing the lightbulb. The cord isn't very long (6 feet), so you may need an extension cord if your outlet is far from where you're installing it. Don't think the top is real wood. I like them but I find them too expensive. They should be closer to $45 a pair.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
