Reservoir does not close well. I followed the directions for the tea but when it was full I tightened it and water was still leaking all over the place. It took about 10 minutes to fix it so that there is no water leakage. The mouthpiece was even worse. We were on a 10 mile extreme hike and I had to suck on the mouthpiece so hard to get tiny droplets of water. It took more energy and breath than it was worth. I had high hopes for this product based on the reviews, but was very disappointed. Will buy another brand.
