This mattress topper is the best I've ever had! Delivery was fast and customer service was great. When I opened the packaging, there was no chemical or unpleasant smell. It was so soft and clean I could have put it on my bed right away, but I washed it first and put it in the dryer anyway. It's not wrinkled or damaged, it's fine. The dream was like lying on the clouds. It made a big difference even though my mattress was a tempura type. I sleep best and protect my mattress very well. If you need it, look no further.
