I like that it is easy enough so you can figure out how everything works without having any prior experience or knowledge required - just go into training mode! It's really good if your organization has multiple locations because they have different requirements than what we had originally thought when creating our first environment (i think this was from us not reading up properly as well).
They also do great work maintaining those environments too which makes things easier since there are no problems once an infrastructure project goes live. We've been able use OTAVA across several sites within my department but haven't used them outside yet due to lack of need/resources available currently; however i'm sure their product will prove useful down the road especially given where technology stands right now compared to 5 years ago before IT departments became much less involved during deployment timeframes etc..
