Update: I have had this orthosis for many months now. The support he gave me allowed me to do things I couldn't do for years. I lost 180 pounds and now the corset is too big for me. I bought it for some other friends and it helped them too. My knee pain is still there, but a lot less than I'm used to. Now it is important that you do not forget to wear it when you do difficult things, so as not to cause yourself further problems. First Review: I can honestly say this is a life changing product. I had chronic pain and even had knee surgery. I am allergic to latex and have big feet. I have never found a product that wraps my knee without an allergic reaction, circulatory failure, or permanent orthosis displacement. On the other hand, this orthosis has given me perfect support over the last 3 weeks. 3 adjustable straps ensure a perfect fit on the thigh, hollow of the knee and calf. It stays in place and stabilizes my knee. I leave it on most of the time, I don't even realize it's there. The amount of swelling decreases significantly each night and the amount of time I can run/bike increases. I'm very happy with it so far.
