This would have been five stars across the board but the shipping was terrible so I gave it one star for value. Two of the containers had their lids removed, one had a hole in the lid and the gel was smeared all over, no way to contact the company hence a star. We bought a house that had been heavily smoked for 30 years. We were able to rid the house of all smoke odors using TPC to clean the walls and blast it with ROOM Shockers (another great product but still had a penetrating smell when the heat set in. Even after we had the air ducts professionally cleaned had). .A container of these was kept right in the return air vent and the smell just goes away. I'm sensitive to strong smells and I can't tell if they're even there. Last time I bought 4 for a year and they just threw them in carton without packaging
