Fast charging and the battery seems to last forever. No special settings, just turn it on and use it. Because of the switch's location, I found I would accidentally turn it off on occasion. One option would be to move the switch up. After a few weeks of use, I have a few additional points I want to address. First, this grip rolls pretty well even with the flat side. I don't know how many times it rolled off an almost level surface and hit the ground. It doesn't seem to affect it so I have to say it's well done. Another reviewer mentioned that it goes offline intermittently. Oh well. As stated in the seller's description, it turns itself off after an hour to save battery. However, it gets disabled whether it's in use or not, which is a little annoying.
