I like that it is easy to use and doesn't need a lot of technical knowledge to use it. I dislike that it can sometimes be pricey for a small business to use. We use it to communicate with our customers and employees. It has a lot of features that make it easy to use and customize. I wish that we could do things like have multiple inboxes for different departments. The customer service can sometimes be difficult to reach.
