Why most dog owners don't use this as a flea/preventive instead of dousing their pets with this chemical every month. I used to live in Texas and now I live in South Florida. Fleas are terrible in these 2 areas but since my 2 dogs have been consistently given these brewer's yeast tablets we have not had a problem with fleas. I took this product for granted and stopped using it several times when I was having trouble with a flea infestation. Then I would have to buy them this one-time pill and then return it to this regiment. My chocolate lab and Cavalier King Charles love it, they find it a treat. I give my 18 lb dog 2 tablets and my 70 lb chocolate labrador 12 tablets. I actually just add it to their food. This bottle lasts for 3-4 months. This is a product that I absolutely MUST do justice to for the health of my pets. In addition, skin and coat are perfectly protected.
